We are pleased to announce that Astrodon Corporation, Crystal Forests and Rosemont Tattoo are part of the business mix in the heart of Historic Downtown Frederick.
Crystal Forests, Psychic, Irene Richardson, has been part of Carroll Creek for at least two decades. She was looking for a new space, but wanted to continue with her clients in downtown and made sure to find a spot with some on-site parking and a city deck right across the street.
Astrodon Corporation had a thriving business at home as well as a bustling and growing family. Sometimes the two do not mix. Our new tenant is happy to have the peace and quiet of his own private office in Historic Downtown Frederick.
Lastly, this month, we’ll be looking for Rosemont Tattoo to expand with a second location in downtown at 220 North Market Street.
“What started as Luke Mullins Tattoos moved and expanded from downtown to 1828 Rosemont Avenue for easier parking and terrific visibility,” explains Jonathan Warner. “Rosemont Tattoos is continuing their operations just outside the downtown area there, but found they wanted a presence back in the heart of downtown,” says Jonathan. “We were pleased to have the opportunity to work with them again.”
